Education Minister Evarist Bartolo this morning unveiled a list of which will kick off in September 2014
Minister Bartolo was speaking to journalists at the San Gwann Primary School where he said that eduction reforms would include vocational subjects such as health/social care, engineering and agribusiness being certified at SEC level
He said that an expanded Alternative Learning Programme will mean more students will continue their education beyond Form 5 through vocational subjects.
The Minister said the Ethics would be introduced in Primary and Secondary Schools, Accounting would be a new subject at Secondary School level, a new Italian language course would be introduced and co-eduction in Secondary schools would be phased in.
Minister Bartolo also said that as promised by the Government, school uniforms costs have decreased by an average of 10% across all state colleges.
